摘要
本设计中的运行控制系统采用三菱FX2N系列PLC与西门子MICROMAsTER440变频器相结合的控制方式。该控制系统应用到自动扶梯上之后,通过自动扶梯两端安装的传感器,可以根据实际客流选择不同的运行速度,以达到节能、减少磨损的目的,同时充分发挥PLC的控制功能,加入了扶梯防倒溜功能,保证自动扶梯出现意外时可以最大限度地保障乘客的安全,提高扶梯的安全性。
The design of the operation control system is a Mitsubishi FX2 N series PLC and siemens MICROMAsTER440 inverter combination of control methods.After the control system applied to the escalator,the sensor is installed at both ends of the escalator,can according to the actual passenger choice different operation speed which achieves energy saving,reducing wear.Giving full play to the PLC control functions,the down escalator anti-slip function is given,which ensures that the escalator can maximize safeguard the safety of passengers when accident happened,and improves the safety of the escalator.
