摘要
逆变弧焊电源是一种将常规市电通过整流逆变调压后转变成电焊机需要的低压高频电源,有着高效率、体积小、高频率、易操作、携带便捷等优势。科技的发展促使元器件的更新换代,同时也带动了与之息息相关的技术的推广,所以逆变弧焊电源市场占有率日益增加。然而逆变弧焊电源也有着不容忽视的缺点:开关损耗大,容易出现过流过压等安全问题,降低了电路的工作效率。文中提出了一种在弧焊电源的整流逆变之后与高频变压器之间,加入了一个可饱和电感和一个隔直电容,通过电感的阻碍交流以及电容的隔直作用实现开关管的零电压电流通断,这样可以大大提高电路的工作效率。
Inverter arc welding power source is a low-voltage high frequency power of electric welding machine which change regular grid through rectification,and voltage regulation,which has the advantages of high efficiency,small volume,high frequency,easy to operate,convenient to carry.With the development of science and technology and the development of components,inverter arc welding power source has been more and more used in our daily life.However,there are a lot of disadvantages which can not be ignored in the inverter arc welding power source,such as the big wastage of switching,the problem of overvoltage and overcurrent,as well as lower the working efficiency of the circuit.In this paper,a kind of saturable inductance and an isolation capacitor are added between the high frequency transformer and the rectifier after the arc welding power source is rectified.The zero voltage and current on-off of the switch tube is realized by the obstruction of the inductance,the direct current and the winding of the capacitor,so that the work efficiency of the circuit can be greatly improved.
