摘要
文中针对传统H4拓扑逆变器在漏电流和效率方面的不足,介绍了一种高效率的H8拓扑型的单相非隔离光伏并网逆变器;详细分析了该拓扑的工作原理和驱动时序。经实验验证,该拓扑可利用逆变桥的不同电压段开通工作模式,充分利用直流输入的电压,降低开关损耗,并有效抑制共模电流;有助于逆变电路的工作频率提高或者效率提高。
In order to inhibit leakage current and efficiency of traditional H4 topology inverter,a high efficiency singlephase transformerless photovoltaic grid-connected inverter based on H8 topology is proposed.The working principle and modulation in detail is analysed in this paper.The experimental results show that the topology can be used in different voltage sections of the inverter bridge to open the working mode,and fully utilize the DC input voltage,reduce the switching loss,and effectively suppress the common mode current,and the working frequency or efficiency of the inverter bridge loop can be better improved.
