The Protection and Development of Traditional Sports Culture among Ethnic Minorities in Gansu in the Context of “Inheritance and Innovation of Chinese Civilization”

摘要 研究采用文献资料、田野实证等研究方法,阐述了甘肃少数民族传统体育文化是"华夏文明传承创新建设"的重要组成部分,提出了甘肃少数民族传统体育文化保护与开发的4点措施与建议。第一,盘点遗存:彰显少数民族传统体育文化成果;第二,原点开发:促使少数民族传统体育文化的涵摄互通;第三,相成相续:凝聚少数民族传统体育文化的整体认知;第四,创新发展:助力建设幸福美好甘肃新家园。 Adopting the methods of literature review and field work, this paper elaborates on the point that sports culture of ethnic minorities in Gansu is an essential part of "the inheritance and innovation of Chinese civilization construction", and puts forward four proposals concerning how to preserve and develop the traditional sports culture of ethnic minorities in Gansu. First, making an inventory of the cultural relics to highlight the achievements of traditional sports culture; Second, developing existing cultures to facilitate the communication among the sports cultures of ethnic minorities; Third, engaging in inheritance to promote integrated awareness of ethnic traditional sports culture; Fourth, innovatively developing sports culture to assist the construction of a brand new Gansu province. The paper aims to demonstrate that the traditional sports culture of ethnic minorities plays a unique role in inheriting and developing historical culture in Gansu, promoting national solidarity, building a common spiritual home for Chinese nation, and assisting ethnic minorities to enter a well-off society, and practices in the process of constructing colorful culture with rich regional characteristics.
