摘要
【目的】利用不同生态区的多种气候和土壤环境以及自然病害压力筛选综合性状优良的玉米自交系,为选育广适型优良自交系探明一种可行的方法。【方法】以黄改群和改良Reid群的50份玉米自交系为材料,进行不同生态区多环境的种植鉴定,以开花期、株型、抗病和产量性状分析为基础,筛选优良自交系。【结果】结果表明,同一个自交系在不同生态区多环境下开花期、株型、抗病及产量性状存在显著差异,是筛选综合性状优良自交系的基础。通过开花期、株型、抗病及产量性状的综合分析,筛选出综合表现突出的自交系京457和京917;自交系京931株型、抗病、产量及其稳定性表现突出;自交系京332和京337开花期、株型和抗病性表现突出。【结论】不同生态区多环境下鉴定是筛选优良玉米自交系的有效手段。
[Objective]To explore a feasible method for breeding the excellent inbred lines with widespread adaptability, we plan- ted the inbred lines in different ecological regions which have multiple climates, soil environment and natural disease pressure for selection. [Methods]50 inbred lines which belong to huanggai group and improved Reid group were planted in the different ecological environment. The comprehensive analysis based on the traits of growth period, plant type, disease resistance and yield were carried out. [Results]The results showed that there was significant differences among the four traits under different ecological environment in the same inbred lines, which is the foundation of screening excellent inbred lines. By comprehensive analysis, we discovered that the inbred lines Jing 457 and Jing 917 were outstanding in four traits~ Jing 931 were outstanding in the traits of plant type, disease resistance and yield; Jing 332 and Jing 337 were outstanding in the traits of flowering, plant type and disease resistance.[Conclusion]It is an effective method to screening excellent inbred lines by identifying the phenotypic and yield characters in the different ecological environment in maize.
