摘要 针对某款汽车散热器,采用一维热流体仿真软件Flowmaster,建立了基于几何结构的换热器计算模型,并利用试验对该模型的可靠性进行了验证.在保证散热器整体体积不变的前提下,采用正交试验方法进行了仿真计算,分析了扁管宽度、扁管高度、翅片高度及翅片波距等结构参数对散热器换热性能的影响,并在此基础上确定了以散热器换热性能最佳为目标的优化结构尺寸.结果表明:当扁管宽度为27.00 mm、扁管高度为1.50 mm、翅片高度为6.25 mm、翅片波距为2.10 mm时,散热器的换热性能最佳. With 1-D thermal fluid simulation software of Flowmaster,a model was established based on geometric structures for an automotive radiator and verified by comparing with experimental results to assure the reliability. For the same volume,the orthogonal test method was used to analyze the effects of tube width,tube height,fin height and fin pitch on the heat transfer performance. The optimal structure parameters were determined to improve the heat transfer performance of radiator. The results show that under the optimization conditions with flat tube width of 27. 00 mm,flat tube height of 1. 50 mm,fin height of 6. 25 mm and fin distance of 2. 10 mm,the best heat transfer performance of radiator can be achieved.
