摘要
介绍了一种适用于三相不接地系统的短路故障限流器。给出了其主电路拓扑结构 ,针对不接地系统可能出现的两相短路和三相短路故障 ,分析了限流电路的工作机理和控制策略 ,并用电力电子专用仿真软件 PSIM对其进行了仿真验证。理论分析和仿真结果证明 ,这种限流器具有对电力系统的正常运行无明显影响 ,在短路故障发生时无延时自动插入限流 ,断开故障电流时不会引起附加振荡和过电压 ,控制方法灵活 ,可实现无电流冲击的软自动重合闸等显著优点。
This paper introduces a novel short circuit fault current limiter applicable to the three-phase ungrounded power systems. The principle of the circuit is analyzed. The control strategies corresponding to the different short circuits are obtained by analyzing. It is shown that, in normal operation conditions, the limiter has little effect on the power systems. When a short circuit fault happens, the limiting inductor will be inserted automatically without delay to limit the short circuit current, there is no oscillation as well as over-voltage excited by the limiter when the fault current is switched off. Soft reclosure without impact can be realized through this limiter.
