摘要 结合变电站的维护工作现状 ,对变电站远程维护系统的维护范围、使用对象和维护功能进行了详细分析 ,指出了系统设计的重点和原则。考虑到 Internet技术和分布式对象技术的飞速发展及广泛应用 ,文中提出了一个基于 CORBA,Agent和 Web技术的变电站远程维护系统建模方案 ,并对系统关键部分的实现进行了重点介绍 ,包括设备的远程维护策略以及维护控制器的设计。该设计方案综合考虑了远程维护系统的开放性、实用性、安全性等多方面因素 ,为变电站远程维护系统的开发提供了一个设计模板 ,并给出了系统性能的综合评价。 A detailed analysis is made of the range of maintenance, users and functions of a substation remote maintenance system by referring to the current situation of substation. In particular, the main aspects and principles of system design are emphasized. With the rapid development and wide application of Internet technologies and distributed object technologies such as Web, CORBA and Agent, maintenance from anywhere is becoming a reality. Based on these distributed objects technologies, a model development scheme for the substation remote maintenance system is proposed in this paper. The implementation of the key parts of the maintenance system is emphasized including a remote maintenance strategy for the equipment and the maintenance controller design. For this design scheme, such factors as the openness, practicability and security have been taken into account, providing a design template for the development of the remote maintenance system. A comprehensive evaluation of the performance of the system is given.
