摘要
以隆子紫青稞为原料,采用单因素试验和响应面优化试验设计,用分光光度法测定并计算紫青稞色素的提取率。结果表明,紫青稞色素提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数60%,料液比1∶10(g∶mL),提取温度65.84℃,提取时间1 h,盐酸调节pH值1.0,在此条件下紫青稞色素提取量为1.43 mg/g。
Take Longzi black barley as raw material to extract the pigment through the single-factor experiment and response surface optimization design, and the extraction rate of black barley pigment is determined by spectrophotometry. The results show that the optimal extraction: using volume fraction of ethanol is 60%, the ratio of liquid to material is 1 -1 0 (g:mL) extracted in 65.84 ^ for 1 hour, pH is adjusted to 1.0 by hydrochloric acid. Under this process,the extraction amount of black barley pigment is 1.43 mg/g.
