摘要 针对ZL102、ZL101A砂型铝合金铸件使用三、四年后出现部分油漆层有气泡、剥落,铝合金基材存在腐蚀的问题,提出了在涂装前对其采取Al/Et·A(S)20·Cs(硫酸阳极氧化、铬酸盐封闭)的表面处理,以进一步提高其抗腐蚀性能。盐雾试验结果表明,经Al/Et·A(S)20·Cs处理后的ZL102、ZL101A砂型铝合金铸件的防腐蚀性能得到了显著提高,说明了这种处理技术可以应用于ZL102、ZL101A砂型铝合金铸件。 After being used 3-4 years later, bubbles and flaking appeared on some of the paint layers of sand type aluminum alloy casting of ZL102 and ZL101 A, and its aluminum alloy substrate is corroded. In this paper, the surface treatment of Al/Et·A(S)20·Cs before the coating is adopted to further improve the corrosion resistance of the sand type aluminum alloy casting of ZL102 and ZL101 A. Sat sparay test results show that after Al/Et·A(S)20·Cs treatment, the anti-corrosion performance of sand type aluminum alloy casting is improved significantly, and this treatment technology can be applied in sand mold aluminum alloy castings of ZL102 and ZL101 A.
