摘要
针对住建设部办公厅印发的《工程建设标准涉及专利管理办法》,从工程建设标准及专利的概念入手,分析了两者之间的关系,对专利进入工程建设地方标准的实际操作进行了重点阐述,对标准编制过程中涉及专利的纠纷提出了协商解决的方案。
According to the Ministry of Housing Office issued the Engineering Construction Standards Relating Patent Management Measures,from the engineering construction standard and the concept of patent,analyzed the relationship between the two,emphatically elaborated the actual operation of patent enter the local standards of construction engineering,put forward the negotiation solution of disputes relating patent in standard preparation process.
