莺琼盆地某高温高压气田井壁稳定性技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 莺琼盆地某气田为典型的高温高压气田,地质构造复杂,面临严重的井壁失稳。基于岩石力学开展了钻前井壁失稳风险预测及ECD影响因素敏感性分析。A井钻前压力预测显示81/2″及57/8″井段压力窗口极窄,仅为0.40 g/cm^3左右。ECD影响因素敏感性分析结果显示,泵排量及动切力均对ECD影响明显,塑性黏度对ECD影响很小。为避免井漏,应保证81/2″、57/8″井段泵排量分别低于2.40、1.54 m^3/min,钻井液动切力分别低于22、15 Pa。 The gas field in Yingqiong Basin is a typical high temperature and high pressure gas field,with the characteristics of complex geological structure and serious problem of borehole instability.Based on the theory of rock mechanics,the risk prediction of borehole wall instability and the sensitivity analysis of the influencing factors of ECD are carried out.The pressure prediction before drilling of A well showes that the pressure window of 81/2″ and 57/8″ is very narrow,only about 0.40 g/cm3.Through the sensitivity analysis of influencing factors of ECD,it is concluded that the pump rate and yield point have obvious effect on ECD,while the impact of plastic viscosity is very small.In order to avoid well leakage,pump displacement in 81/2″ and 57/8″ well section should be guaranteed less than 2.40 m3/min and 1.54 m3/min,and yield point of drilling fluid should be guaranteed less than 22 Pa and 15 Pa.
