W/Cr掺杂对MoVTeNbO催化丙烷氧化性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用溶液法制备了W/Cr掺杂的MoVTeNbO催化剂,利用XRD、H_2-TPR、NH_3-TPD、BET、SEM以及EDS等手段对掺杂催化剂的结构及组成进行表征,考察n(W)/n(Cr)不同掺杂量对MoVTeNbO催化剂结构及其催化丙烷选择性氧化反应性能的影响。结果表明,双元素掺杂影响催化剂的晶相结构、氧化还原性、酸性、元素含量等,进而对催化剂的选择性及收率产生有利影响。其中,掺杂量n(W)/n(Mo)和n(Cr)/n(Mo)分别为0.010和0.015时,所得催化剂催化丙烷氧化反应的丙烯酸选择性和收率均优于未掺杂和单掺杂催化剂的结果,其丙烯酸选择性达到46.0%,比未掺杂和单掺杂催化剂分别提高9.4%和5.6%;而其丙烯酸收率达到26.4%,比未掺杂及单掺杂催化剂分别提高4.8%和3.6%。 The MoVTeNbO catalysts doped by W and Cr are prepared by the solution method.The structure of as-prepared catalysts was characterized by XRD,H2-TPR,NH3-TPD,BET,SEM and EDS techniques.The catalysts are used in the selective oxidation of propane to acrylic acid.The results show that the double element doping could suppress the formation of M1 phase in the catalyst,but it has a beneficial effect on the formation of M2 phase.Double doping can also reduce the surface acidity of the catalyst,which suppressed deep oxidation of acrylic acid.In addition,the redox property and element composition of catalysts are also affected by double element doping,which would positively influence the catalytic performance.When the doped amounts of n(W)/n(Mo)and n(Cr)/n(Mo)are 0.010 and 0.015,the catalytic performance of the double-doped catalyst will be better than that of the un-doped and single-doped catalysts.The selectivity of acrylic acid can reach 46.0%,which is 9.4% and 5.6% higher than that of un-doped and Cr-doped catalysts.The yield of acrylic acid can reach 26.4%,which is 4.8% and 3.6% higher than that of un-doped and Cr-doped catalysts.
