摘要
汽车行业的快速发展带动汽车塑料制品的需求量不断上升,同时也对汽车门内板的注塑工艺提出了更高要求。本文将对汽车门内板的注塑工艺进行优化,主要应用正交优化设计方法和灰色关联理论等。在此基础上,探讨注塑模具设计方法,包括注射模设计、注塑机选择以及浇筑系统设计等。
The rapid development of the automotive industry leads to the increasing demand for automotive plastic products, and there are also higher requirements on the injection molding process of the automotive inner door plate. This paper will optimize the injection molding process of the automobile inner door plate, mainly using orthogonal optimization design method and gray correlation theory. On this basis, the injection mold design methods are explored, including injection mold design, injection molding machine selection and pouring system design.
