在中国推动建设制造强国和大数据广泛应用的背景之下,传统的管理与控制方式已经难以满足船舶与海洋工程行业实际发展需求,需要科学应用大数据技术对行业各类数据进行分析,提高各项工作时效性、准确性与可靠性,满足行业改革、转型和发展需求。
Under the background of promoting manufacturing power and big data extensively applied, traditional management and control mode could not meet the requirements of the development of shipbuilding and oceanography engineering industry. Big data technology should be scientifically applied to analyze all aspects of the industry＇s data so that we can improve work efficiency, accuracy and reliability as well as meet the needs of reform, transformation and development of the industry.
