摘要
文章通过分析铜及铜合金带腐蚀因素,并与现行铜及铜合金带防腐蚀包装进行对比分析,指出在铜及铜合金带分条、包装过程中需要控制湿度在60%以下,特别需要注意储料坑的湿度;单卷带气泡并与气相防锈材料结合的真空包装方法可以满足铜及铜合金带长期防腐蚀要求。
In this pape r ,the corrosion factors of copper and copper alloy strip are analyzed ,and it is compared with the corrosion -resistant packaging of copper and copper alloy strip. It is pointed out that the humidity should be controlled no more than 60% during packing process of copper and copper alloy strip,especially the storage pit. In order to mecorrosion prevention for copper and copper strip,it is good packing method that combining signal ＆ vacand vapor phase corrosion inhibitor.
