烟气脱硫脱硝技术在催化裂化装置中的应用 被引量:21

摘要 对中国石油四川石化有限责任公司2.5Mt?a催化裂化装置引进Dupont Belco公司开发的EDV5000脱硫和LoTOTMX脱硝湿法洗涤系统治理催化裂化再生烟气的生产运行过程进行分析。使用该技术后,催化裂化装置外排烟气中污染物浓度大幅下降,SOx质量浓度从850.0mg?m3下降到5.0mg?m3,NOx质量浓度从205.0mg?m3下降到33.2mg?m3,催化剂颗粒质量浓度从149.8mg?m3下降到24.3mg?m3,满足GB 31570—2015石油炼制工业污染物排放标准要求,具有很好的环保效果。 The wet clean system for treating FCC regeneration flue gas in 2. 5 Mt/a FCCU of Si-chuan Petrochemical Company was described. The system consists of EDV 5000 (Electro-DynamicVen- tureDdesulphurization and L o TOxTM(Low Temperature Oxidation) denitration process introduced from DuPont-Belco Corp. The application of the technology make the concentrations of pollutants in the flue gas reduce significantly. The concentration of SOx is reduced from 850. 0 mg/m3 to 5. 0 mg/m3 ?the nitro-gen oxides is reduced from 205. 0 mg/m3 to 33. 2 mg/m3 , and the catalyst particles is decreased from 149. 8 mg/m3 to 24. 3 mg/m3. The quality of the treated flue gas is in consistence with the requirements of GB 31570-2015 oil refining industrial pollutants emission standards.
