摘要
工匠精神是一种热爱工作的职业精神,是解决当前国内供求矛盾的关键。针对高职院校在电子商务专业学生工匠精神培育中,存在社会对一线工作认可度低、"差不多"思想在校园中盛行、职业院校在"传技"和"育人"关系把握上出现偏差、教学中没有真正实现"学"与"做"的兼顾与统一等问题,结合工匠精神中关于职业精神、做事态度和实践精神的要求,提出了普及知识产权制度、建立诚信和奖惩机制、引入国家职业(行业)标准等从规则制度塑造工匠精神;开展以工匠精神建设为核心的主题活动、发挥第二课堂育人优势等用校园文化熏陶工匠精神;通过"言传身教"领会工匠精神、通过"切身实践"内化工匠精神等以专业教育传承工匠精神等三条培育电子商务专业学生工匠精神的路径。
Craftsman spirit is a professional spirit embodying the love for work,and it＇s also the key to solve current supply-demand contradictions in China.Various problems exist in craftsman spirit cultivation of E-commerce students in vocational colleges,such as low in approval towards frontline work in society,the prevailing idea of＂average＂on campus,mismatch of＂skill education＂and＂personality cultivation＂and failure to combine＂study＂and ＂practice＂.In response to the requirements of craftsman spirit,namely,professional spirit,behaving attitude and practice spirit,the paper proposes three paths to cultivate craftsman spirit of E-commerce students.Specifically,craftsman spirit could be shaped through rules and systems,popularizing the intellectual property system,establishing an integrity and reward and punishment mechanism,and introducing national vocational standards.Craftsman spirit could be spread via campus culture,carrying out theme activities with craftsman spirit construction as the core,and giving play to second class education advantages.Craftsman spirit could be inherited through professional education,comprehending the craftsman spirit via＂words and deeds＂and internalizing it via our own practice.
