中低速磁浮道岔关键零件寿命及工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究中低速磁浮道岔设计的可靠性、耐久性,结合唐山中低速磁浮道岔测试和北京S1线道岔设计,详细描述受结构空间限制被设计的比较单薄和在行车中用来固定道岔,保证通车安全的重要零部件的结构寿命计算方法。用试验结果或装配体的有限元仿真分析结果,作为道岔轨道部件疲劳寿命计算的应力幅值,提高了设计结果的可靠性。列表给出工艺对有效应力集中系数kσ、表面系数β、尺寸系数ε的影响,并通过系数调整达到提高零件设计寿命的方法。 In order to study the designed reliability and durability of medium and low-speed maglev turnout,this paper describes in detail the structural life of the key parts,which are designed with structural space constraints and used to fix the burnout and ensure the safety of traffic with reference to the medium and low speed maglev turnout tested in Tangshan and the turnout designed for Beijing S1 line.The designed reliability is improved by the experimental results and the finite element simulation of the assembly,which serve as the stress amplitude for the calculation of fatigue life of turnout parts.This article lists the influences of process on the effective stress concentration coefficient kσ,coefficient of surface β,size coefficient ε,and addresses the importance of the coefficients adjustment to improve the service life of the designed parts.
