摘要
2016年8月24~25日沧州市发生了本年度最强的降雨过程,造成城区严重积水,在一定程度上影响了当地人民群众的正常生活。文中根据相关实测资料分析了沧州市2016年最大降雨过程的时空分布特征,并对本次降雨对河道径流、地下水位、土壤墒情的影响以及城区积水情况进行了分析,在此基础上给出了实现雨水资源化和减轻城市内涝影响的建议。
The maximum rainfall in Cangzhou in 2016 occurred from August 24 to 25,which caused the urban waterlogging and affected the people's life in a certain extent. Based on the measured data, this paper analyzed the temporal and spatial distribution of the maximum rainfall in Cangzhou in 2016, as well as its affection on the channel runoff,groundwater level, soil moisture and urban waterlogging. In the end, it put forward the idea of realizing the rainwater resourcing and reducing the urban waterlogging.
