摘要
在火力发电厂运行过程中,一个非常重要的设备就是汽动给水泵,为了保证整个火电厂机组的安全稳定运行,就需要汽动给水泵不断的向锅炉供给充足温度、流量与压强的水,因此,一旦汽动给水泵组在运行过程中出现故障退出运行,将会对整个火力发电厂的正常运行产生严重影响。本文就主要对给水泵汽轮机汽源中断导致汽泵退出运行的原因进行排查分析,并结合机组检修彻底处理。
The feed water pump is the important equipment during operation of thermal power plant. In order to guarantee the safe and stable operation of the unit, the enough temperature, flow and pressure water should be supplied continuously by feed water pump. As a result, once the feed water pump group fails during operation, it will seriously affect the normal operation of thermal power plants. The paper analyzes the reasons of steam source disruption and the problem is solved together with unit maintenance.
