摘要
目的研究冻干人用狂犬病疫苗(地鼠肾细胞)有无过敏反应。方法采用豚鼠主动全身过敏试验、小鼠腘窝淋巴结试验和大鼠被动皮肤过敏试验,全面评价冻干人用狂犬病疫苗肌肉注射能否引起过敏反应。结果冻干人用狂犬病疫苗豚鼠主动全身过敏试验出现弱阳性反应;小鼠腘窝淋巴结试验结果为阳性,大鼠被动皮肤过敏试验出现潜在的阳性反应。结论冻干人用狂犬病疫苗肌肉给药可能引起过敏反应,临床应用需密切关注。
Objective To study the anaphylaxis of freeze-dried rabies vaccine (hamster kidney cell) for human use. Methods The anaphylaxis of freeze-dried rabies vaccine for human use was evaluated with three tests including active systemic anaphylaxis (ASA) in guinea pigs, popliteal lymph node assay (PLNA) in BALB/c mice and passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) in rats. Results The result of popliteal lymph node assay (PLNA) is positive; weakly positive result of ASA in guinea pigs was observed; potentially positive reactions of PCA in rats were also observed. Conclusion There are potentially allergic reactions when freeze-dried rabies vaccine (hamster kidney cell) for human were injected intramuscularly.
