摘要
通过选用"食用菌原料催熟营养剂"对双孢蘑菇培养料进行发酵处理,使培养料在较短的时间内完成营养的降解及转化,减少了营养的损耗,解决前期培养料堆制发酵时间长、劳动强度大、发酵不理想等问题。
This experiment selected ripener of raw material for edible fungi,and used it for fermentation treatment of culture material.The culture material degraded and transformed in shorter time, and nutrient lossreduce. This experiment helped to solve the problems in composting and fermentation treatment of culture material in earlier stage such as long time, high labor intensity and undesirablefermentation etc.
