摘要
为了分析职业生涯规划教育与大学生自我发展之间的关系,对某"211工程"大学181名大学生进行调查,发现:低年级大学生自我发展水平低于高年级大学生自我发展水平;来自农村家庭的大学生的自我发展水平低于来自城市的大学生自我发展水平;独生子女大学生自我发展水平高于非独生子女大学生自我发展水平;大学生家庭经济条件越好,自我发展水平越高;有兼职工作经历的大学生的自我发展水平显著高于没有兼职工作经历的大学生自我发展水平;职业生涯规划教育对大学生自我发展及其二级指标学业发展、人格发展和职业发展有显著影响。因此,高校可通过大力发展职业生涯规划教育、有针对性地开展职业生涯规划教育,大学生应积极主动接受职业生涯规划教育并通过自身的努力,共同促进大学生自我发展。
In order to analyze the relationship between career planning education and selfdevelopment of college students,a number of 181 college students in a "211 project" university were surveyed.The results showed that:The self-development level of junior college students is lower than that of senior students.The level of self-development of college students from rural families is lower than that of other college students.The level of self-development of one-child-only college students is higher than that of non one-child-only college students.The better the family economic conditions of college students,the higher the level of self-development.The level of self-development of college students who have part-time work experience is higher than that of college students who do not have.Career planning education has a significant impact on college students' self-development and its secondary indicators,academic development,personality development and career development.Therefore,the guiding role of the school should be brought into full play in career planning education and the innovation of the form of career planning education curriculum,together with the efforts of college students,in order to promote the self-development of college students.
