摘要
目的探索中医眼科专业研究生临床教学模式。方法选取长春中医药大学附属医院2013—2016级眼科专业研究生共23人,采取LBL+PBL+CBL的综合教学模式。首先教师以传统的LBL教学方法讲授眼部解剖生理、中医眼科的病因病机、常规检查仪器、常规检查结果判读、眼科常规操作等,然后PBL教学围绕15个病展开学习,最后以20个实际病例横向、纵向展开讨论。结果学生的基础知识、临床思维、病志书写以及沟通表达能力都有了显著的提高。结论 LBL+PBL+CBL相结合的教学模式适用于中医眼科专业研究生培养。
Objective To explore the clinical teaching mode on graduate students of the ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 23 graduates of ophthalmology in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from2013 to 2016 were selected. The integrated teaching mode of LBL+PBL+CBL was carried out. First of all, teachers tought the anatomy and physiology of the eye, the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine, routine examination instruments, routine examination results interpretation, routine eye surgery and so on with the traditional LBL teaching method. Then PBL teaching was carried out began to study around 15 diseases, and finally discussed 20 cases in a horizontal and vertical way. The basic knowledge,clinical thinking ability, pathography writing skills and communication skills of students were significantly improved Conclusion The integrated teaching mode of LBL+PBL+CBL is suitable for the graduate students of ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine.
