摘要
目的观察口颜面操配合针刺疗法对脑卒中构音障碍患者的临床疗效。方法 100例患者按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用口颜面操及针刺疗法,对照组在常规治疗的基础上单用针刺疗法。干预3个月后,对2组患者进行Frenchay构音障碍评价量表评价及临床疗效分析。结果最终纳入有效例数97例,其中观察组48例,对照组49例,观察组Frenchay构音障碍与对照组比较,干预1个月后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预3个月后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在临床疗效方面,观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口颜面操配合针刺疗法对脑卒中构音障碍患者有一定的临床疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of facial exercis e combined with acupuncture therapy in the treatment of dysarthria caused by stroke. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with facial exercise and acupuncture therapy on the basis of conventional therapy, and the control group was given acupuncture therapy on the basis of conventional therapy. After 3-month intervention, the Frenchay dysarthria assessment scale and clinical curative effect about the two groups of patients was analyzed. Results The final number of valid cases was 97, 48 cases in the observation group and 49 cases in the control group. The Frenchay dysarthria between the observation group and the control group one month later had no significant difference（ P〉0.05）, after 3-months intervention, there was a statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Facial exercise and acupuncture therapy on stroke patients with dysarthria has clinical effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
