摘要
将拉条连接点作为檩条的侧向约束点,已有的试验研究表明拉条不能完全阻止檩条的侧移。采用有限元软件建立了20榀分别设置上下双层平行拉条、上下对拉拉条以及三角形拉条三种拉条布置方式的檩条屋面结构模型,对比了不同模型的荷载-位移曲线、极限承载力以及失效模式。分析结果表明:上下双层平行拉条檩条在均布荷载下会出现明显的侧移和转动,其承载力远小于按GB 50018—2012《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》计算的承载力;三角形拉条檩条在均布荷载下的侧移量最小且没有转动,其承载力比按GB 50018—2012计算的承载力大10%左右。
The existing researches showed that sag rods could not completely prevent lateral displacement of purlins,however,sag rods were regarded as full lateral supports for purlins according to the current design codes.Firstly,three roof structure finite element models of 20 purlins with three sag rods forms were established by using finite element software.These three kinds of sag rods were separately:double-layer parallel sag rods,opposite-pull sag rods and triangular sag rods.Secondly,the calculated results of the three models were analyzed to study the effects of sag rods forms on loaddisplacement curve,ultimate bearing capacity and failure mode of purlins.The simulation results indicated that doublelayer parallel sag rods purlins presented obvious lateral displacement and torsion under uniform load.Meanwhile,there was minimum lateral displacement and no torsion to occur in triangular sag rods purlins.The value of bearing capacity of the former was much less than that calculated by the current code but the value of the latter was 10 percent higher than that calculated by the current codes.
