摘要
江苏龙希大酒店0号塔顶部50 m直径的钢结构球体,位于300 m高空。球体采用悬臂安装,工序交叉复杂,钢构件分段多,安装难度大。根据施工难题进行技术攻关,托桁架采用地面组拼为整榀一次吊装和拼半榀分两次吊装两种安装方法,提高了安装效率。腰桁架下弦采取在跨中钢梁拉结的临时固定措施,保障了安装安全。下部网壳单元利用手动葫芦吊牵引并滑移至腰桁架下弦处,再二次吊起就位安装,解决了腰桁架阻碍安装的难题。利用葫芦吊、滚杠将支撑斜柱上节钢柱水平滑移至安装位置,解决了塔吊无法一次吊装就位的安装难题。
The diameter of steel structure sphere was 50 meters at the top of the tower 0 for Longxi hotel in Jiangsu,which located in the high altitude of 300 meters.The sphere was installed under cantilever state,which had complex process,many steel member sections and more difficulties in installation.Based on one-time the construction difficulties,the key techniques were carried out.The supporting truss was adopted two installation methods for whole assembly one-time lifting and half assembly twice lifting,improving installation efficiency on ground.The bottom chords of the belt truss was took temporary fixation measures to link steel beam at midspan to ensure installation safety.The bottom reticulated shell units pulled and slipped to the bottom chords of belt truss by chain blocks,then the second lifting and installing in-situ were conducted,the installation problems of the belt truss blocks were solved.The above section steel columns of the inclined columns were horizontally slipped to installation site by chain blocks and rollers,the installation difficulty for the tower crane unable to lift in-situ atone-time was solved.
