铁素体不锈钢轧制时厚度控制问题的分析与优化

摘要 宝钢不锈钢冷轧厂1 750 mm冷连轧机是国内首条碳钢与不锈钢混合轧制的机组,该机组开创了国内应用五机架连轧机一次连贯轧制不锈钢板材的先河。为了提高铁素体不锈钢的盈利能力,在该机组进行了极限规格拓展轧制。针对规格拓展轧制过程中所出现的厚度偏差大、轧制力周期振荡、带钢跑偏等厚度问题,从控制和模型角度分别进行了原因分析,并针对主要影响因素进行了相关优化。通过优化,解决了极限规格轧制时所产生的厚度波动问题,实现了该规格的稳定轧制和批量生产。 It was the first line in domestic that successfully rolled carbon and stainless steel at the 1 750 mm five stand tandem mill of cold plant on Baosteel Stainless Co.,Ltd.In order to get more profit of ferritic stainless steel,the new specification of strip was expanded.But a new problem happened during test rolling of the limited specification,such as bigger thickness deviation,period fluctuation of roll force and strip off-center.Based on the reason which was discussed from the view point of thickness gauge control and model of mathematics,the related improvement was put into effect.After solved the problem which happened at test rolling,the new limited specification production was stable and volume.
