摘要
目的 探讨闭合复位骺板外并排克氏针固定治疗青少年掌骨颈骨折的手术方法 和临床效果.方法2010年5月-2016年1月对36例新鲜青少年掌骨颈骨折采用闭合复位骺板外并排克氏针固定,术后早期功能训练.结果 36例骨折均解剖复位,骨性愈合,34例获得随访6-29个月,平均19.5个月.按TAM系统评定方法评定,优良32例,优良率94.1%.结论 闭合复位骺板外并排克氏针固定治疗青少年掌骨颈骨折,操作简便,固定可靠,不影响骨骺发育,疗效满意.
Objective To report the treatment outcome and technique of juvenile metacarpal neck fractures using closed replacement and horizontal internal fixation outside the epiphyseal plate with Kirschner wires. Methods The fresh juvenile metacarpal neck fractures in 36 cases were treated by closed replacement and horizontal internal fixation outside the epiphyseal plate with Kirschner wires and given early postoperative functional training. Results The x-ray showed anatomical reduction occurred in all the fractures. 34 patients were followed up for 6-29 months （19.5 months on average）. According to the evaluation of TAM scales , excellent and good results were achieved in 32 cases with excellent and good rate 94.1 %. Conclusion The treatment of juvenile metacarpal neck fractures with closed replacement and horizontal internal fixation outside the epophyseal plate is recommendable. It could provide stable internal fixation and allow early rehabilitation. This technique does not affect the development of epiphysis.
