摘要
甜菜碱(betaine)是一种重要的饲料添加剂。目前饲料添加剂甜菜碱含量的检测方法主要采用农业行业标准NY 399—2000、国家标准GB/T 23710—2009(非水滴定法和离子色谱法)检测。在实际工作中发现两种检测方法对产品检测结果具有一定差异。为此我们参考JJF 1059、CNAS-GL06对两种检测方法的不确定度进行了评定。
Betaine is an important feed additive. For the moment, methods for detecting betaine con- tent in feed additive are NY 399-2000 and GB/T 23710-2009, which is ion chromatography and ti- tration method. In practical analysis, two methods are found to have some differences in product test- ing results. Therefore, the uncertainty of the two methods was evaluated with reference of JJF 1059, CNAS-GL06. And the main sources of error in the two methods are clarified,
