摘要
本文介绍了杭州以信息化为手段,通过采取"智慧医疗"举措,包括:诊间结算、医信付、床边结算、全自助服务等,改革传统诊疗流程,优化医疗服务流程,改善服务质量,改进就医体验,提升医患友好度的实践探索及取得的成效。
This article introduced Hangzhou's practice and effects of applying information technology and smart healthcare measures to reform traditional medical service procedures, to improve the quality of service and patients' medical experience, and to increase doctor-patient friendliness. The smart healthcare measures practiced included settlement between visits, medical credit payment, bedside settlement, whole self-service, etc.
