摘要
目的调查重庆、浙江和云南蜜蜂幼虫囊状幼虫病病毒(sacbrood virus,SBV)的感染率,并观察抗微生物肽(amicrobial peptide)小分子阳离子六肽(short cationic hexapeptides,SP6)对人工感染的中蜂囊状幼虫病的治疗效果。方法采用RT-PCR法检测重庆、浙江和云南蜜蜂幼虫SBV的感染率。将SP6溶于糖水,隔天饲喂1次SBV人工感染的发病中华蜜蜂蜂群,连续给药9次,测定蜂群幼虫死亡率,评价其对感染的防治效果。结果重庆和浙江中蜂幼虫SBV感染率分别为85.6%和4.76%,云南西方蜜蜂幼虫SBV感染率为6.67%;重庆和浙江西方蜜蜂幼虫及云南中蜂幼虫未检出SBV。0.1%SP6给药组能极显著地降低SBV感染蜂群的幼虫死亡率,防治效果达到74.48%。结论在重庆、浙江和云南地区均检出SBV,但SBV在不同地区对蜜蜂种群的危害程度不同,在重庆中蜂群广泛流行。SP6对SBV感染中蜂有良好的防治效果,具有药物开发价值。
Objective To investigate the infection rates of Sacbrood virus(SBV) in Chongqing City, Zhejiang Province and Yunnan Province of China, and observe the curative effect of short cationic hexapeptides(SP6), an antimicrobial peptide, on larvae disease in A. c. cerana caused by artificial infection with SBV. Methods The infection rates of SBV in Chongqing, Zhejiang and Yunnan were determined by RT-PCR assay. SP6 was dissolved in syrup and administered to A. c. cerana colonies with larvae disease caused by artificial infection with SBV every other day for 9 times. Mortality of larvae was measured, and the therapeutic effect of SP6 was evaluated. Results The infection rates of SBV in A. c. cerana larvae in Chongqing and Zhejiang were 85. 6% and 4. 76% respectively, while that in A. mellifera larvae in Yunnan was6. 67%. However, no SBV was detected in A. mellifera larvae in Chongqing and Zhejiang or in A. c. cerana larvae in Yunnan. Statistic analysis showed that 0. 1% SP6 significantly decreased the mortality of larvae infected with SBV, of which effective rate was 74. 33%. Conclusion SBV was detected in Chongqing, Zhejiang and Yunnan, of which the harmfulness was different for bee species in various regions. High SBV infection rate was observed in A. c. cerana in Chongqing. However, SP6 showed good therapeutic effect on SBV infection in A. c. cerana, which was of a value of drug development.
