摘要
首先分析了中国现有三种养老模式面临的困境和不足,在家庭养老功能弱化,机构养老供不应求,居家养老主体缺失的背景下,提出居家联合养老的模式。其次,对居家联合养老模式概念进行界定,分析了该种模式面临的困难。最后,在此基础上提出完善农村居家联合养老的建议。
The difficulties and shortages of 3 existing supporting patterns for the aged were analyzed, then the home-based joint supporting model for the aged was proposed in the context of the weakening of family supporting function, insufficient supply of institution supporting, and absence of home-based supporting subject for the aged. Secondly, the concept of homebased joint supporting model was defined and the difficulties of the model were analyzed. Finally, proposals for perfecting the rural home-based joint supporting for the aged were put forward.
