不同配比的WY988/S硫化体系对“绿色”V带压缩胶老化前后力学性能及动态生热性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了不同配比的多功能交联剂WY988/S硫化体系对V带压缩胶的老化前后物理机械性能及动态生热性能的影响。结果表明,当WY988的用量增加同时S的用量减少时,t_(10)、t_(90)、MH-ML变化不大。随着WY988用量增加,老化前硫化胶的拉伸强度、定伸应力、断裂伸长率、硬度变化不大;100℃×24 h老化后WY988/S配比为0.2:2.8时性能保持率最高;硫化胶tanδ先降低后升高,且温度越高tanδ越小;随着老化时间延长,WY988/S配比为0.2:2.8的配方tanδ增大速率最慢。综上所述,当WY988/S配比为0.2:2.8时V带压缩胶具有最优的综合性能。 The effects of different ratio cross-linking agent WY988/S vulcanization system on the physical and mechanical properties and dynamic thermal performance of V-belt compressed rubber before and after aging were studied. The results show that when the dosage of WY988 is increased and the amount of S is decreased, t_(10), t_(90) and MH-ML do not change much. With the increase of WY988, the tensile strength,tensile stress, elongation at break and hardness of vulcanized rubber has a little change before aging.When the ratio of WY988/S was 0.2:2.8 after aging at 100 ℃ × 24 h, the performance retention rate was the highest. Vulcanized rubber tanδ first decreased and then increased, and the higher the temperature tanδsmaller. As the aging time is prolonged, the tanδ increases at the slowest rate when the WY988/S ratio is0.2:2.8. In summary, when the ratio of WY988/S is 0.2:2.8, V belt compression gel has the best comprehensive performance.
