摘要
通过对美国、德国、英国、澳大利亚、日本、韩国及马来西亚开展STEM教育的动因及实现途径进行分析,从政策保障、社会参与、资源整合及人才培养四个方面梳理其实施策略,并从中得出对中国STEM教育的若干启示,包括强化STEM教育战略地位和政策保障;倡导全社会参与,加强协同合作;整合各类资源,动员多方力量;优化人才培养模式,重视人才引进。
Motivations and realization approaches for STEM education of the United States, Germany, UK, Australia, Japan, South Korea and Malaysia are analyzed to sort out the implementation strategies from the four aspects of policy support, social participation, resource integration and talent cultivation. On this basis, some implications for STEM education in China are concluded, including strengthening the strategic position of STEM education and policy support, promoting the whole society to participate and reinforcing collaboration, integrating various types of resources and mobilizing many partners involved, optimizing the mode of training talents and emphasizing the introduction of talents.
