鼠神经生长因子对青光眼术后视神经的保护作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨鼠神经生长因子对青光眼术后视神经的保护作用。方法:取2015年4月至2017年3月焦作市人民医院收治的原发性闭角型青光眼患者80例(80眼),患者均行小梁切除术治疗。采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组术后采用甲钴胺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合鼠神经生长因子治疗,比较两组临床疗效及视野、眼压变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%与对照组82.50%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前眼压、平均光敏度和平均缺损度水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后眼压、平均光敏度和平均缺损度水平,均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青光眼患者行小梁切除术后采用鼠神经生长因子治疗效果理想,有助于提高临床效果,改善患者视野及眼压水平。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of rat nerve growth factor on the optic nerve after glaucoma surgery. Methods From April 2015 to March 2017, 80 patients(80 eyes) with primary angle closure glaucoma treated in our hospital were treated with trabeculectomy. The patients were divided into the control group(n=40) and the observation group(n = 40) by random number method. The control group were treated with Mecobalamin treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the combined with mouse nerve growth factor treatment, compared 2 groups of clinical curative effect and the changes of vision, intraocular pressure. Results the observation group efficiency was 95 % and 82.50 % in the control group the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); the 2 groups had no statistical significance before treatment, the average intraocular pressure sensitivity and mean defect level difference(P 0.05); the observation group after treatment, intraocular pressure, average sensitivity and mean defect level were lower than the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion the use of nerve growth factor in patients with glaucoma after trabeculectomy is effective and helpful to improve the clinical effect, improve the visual field and intraocular pressure level, and is worthy of popularization and application.
