摘要
通过对比在职研究生和全日制研究生的学习现状和自身特点,分析不同课堂教学策略对在职研究生教学效果的影响。笔者根据切身感受和调查研究,就在职研究生课堂教学提出建议,如可采用精选教学内容、双向教学、多种教学手段等方法提高在职研究生教学质量。
By comparing the on-job Postgraduates and the full-time postgraduates student's study present situation and characteristics ,analysis of different classroom teaching strategy research on on-job postgraduates students teaching effect. Based on the personal experience and investigation, some suggestions come to the reader, such as the selection of teaching content, two-way teaching, a variety of teaching methods and so on.
