教育公平视角下我国城乡幼儿师资配置差异分析 被引量:10

摘要 当前学前教育公平问题日渐突出,尤其是城乡幼儿师资配置在数量、质量与结构方面不均衡现象尤为显著。学前教育城乡幼儿师资配置失衡与城乡二元结构社会体制的制约、教育经费分配不均、幼儿教师编制及职称评聘制度的不完善等有着密切关系。因此可以通过打破城乡二元结构壁垒,多渠道保障农村幼儿师资有质量供给,建立健全学前教育管理体制,合理制定幼儿教师编制及职称评聘标准等对策实现城乡幼儿师资配置的均衡。 The fairness of pre-school education is becoming more and more serious.It is especially prominent that the imbalance between urban and rural preschool teachers lies in the number of teachers,quality and structure.The balance of teachers' allocation are restricted with the social system of urban and rural areas,unequal distribution of educational fund and imperfection of establishment of pre-school teachers.Therefore,it is possible to realize the equalization of urban and rural pre-school teachers by breaking the urban-rural dual structural barriers,ensuring the quality supply of rural pre-school teachers,establishing a sound pre-school education management system and rationally developing pre-school teachers and job evaluation criteria.
