摘要
对高校建设工程造价的全过程控制与管理控制进行了分析和论述,并对决策、设计、招投标、施工、结算阶段工程管理的重点分别进行了阐述。探讨了如何有效控制投资。高校作为落实全过程造价管理的责任主体,应加强各个阶段的内部控制与管理,从而实现投资效果最优。
This article analyses and discussed the entire process cost control and management for construction project in university, and elaborated in each stage the keys project management which includes the investment decision making, design,bidding, construction, completion acceptance. It was discussed how to control the investment effectively. Universities should take the responsibility to implement the whole process of cost management with desire doing better. And cost management in all stages should strengthen internal control and management. The investment effects should be optimized.
