碳酸锆铵粘结氧化钇涂料的胶凝性能研究

摘要 针对氧化钇涂料易胶凝的问题,研究了以氧化钇为耐火材料,碳酸锆铵为粘结剂涂料的胶凝性能,并提出了改进措施;加入强碱性氨水,以改善氧化钇涂料的胶凝性能。结果表明,加入强碱性氨水后,涂料性能稳定,粘度变化平缓,70 h后仍未胶凝。这不仅保证了生产的连续性,而且避免了涂料变动引起的产品批次间品质的差异。 Focus on the problem of easy gelation of yttrium oxide coating, the gelation performance of yttrium oxide as refractory and zirconium ammonium carbonate as binder was investigated and the improvement measures were put forward. Strong alkaline aqueous ammonia was added to improve the gelation performance of yttrium oxide coatings. The results show that the performance of the coating is stable and the viscosity is stable after the addition of strong alkaline ammonia, and it is still not gel after 70 hours. This will not only ensure the continuity of production, but also to avoid product quality differences caused by changes in the coating.
