摘要
为了优化坩埚电阻炉熔炼Al-Cu系铸铝合金的生产工艺,设计了以双单片机为核心的控制终端RTU,对温度进行分段PID控制。应用表明,充分考虑控制器的热稳定性后,配置完善的温度控制和检测模块可实现对熔炼过程温度的精确控制,在730~750℃精炼温度范围内,绝对精度可控制在1.2℃内。
In order to optimize the melting process in a crucible resistance furnace for Al-Cu alloy, a control terminal RTU was designed based on two MCUs to realize temperature control with the sectional PID control. Application shows, after thorough consideration of the thermal stability of the controller, the accurate temperature control of Smelting process can achieved by the configuration of temperature control and detection module, in the refining temperature range of 730 ~ 750 ℃, the absolute accuracy can be controlled in less than 1.2 ℃.
