摘要
梳理了我国制造型企业发展的背景和企业设计活动特点,基于设计管理的内涵,提出了从企业战略层、组织层以及执行层三个层面布局企业设计管理体系的思路,并且每一个层面又对应着若干具体的操作方法,以求为企业在内部建立自上至下的设计管理规范提供借鉴和启示,以促进优化设计资源配置,提高设计创新活动的效率,充分发挥设计创新对企业发展的驱动作用。
It summarized the background of Chinese manufacturing enterprises and the main features of design activities. Based on the connotation of design management, this paper put forward a solution to build the design management system inside the companies from the strategic layer, the organization layer and the implementation layer of the design project, and each layer also has some specific operational methods, in order to provide reference and enlightenment for the enterprises to establish a top-down design specification inside the enterprises. By doing this, it aims to promote the enterise to optimize the allocation of resources, to improve the efficiency of design innovation, and to give full play to the driving role of design innovation for the enterprise development.
