摘要
针对某大型往复活塞压缩机管系结构,进行了气流脉动的计算与分析。以平面波动理论为基础,采用网络传递矩阵方法,建立了该复杂管系气流脉动的网络分析模型,并开发了相应的分析软件程序代码。计算了该管道系统气柱的前十阶固有频率,并判断管系是否共振,同时,计算了管道系统中各节点的脉动压力,计算结果满足API 618标准的要求。复杂管系气流脉动的研究,将为管系的设计、气流脉动与管道振动的拟制与消除提供理论依据。
The calculation and analysis of gas pulsation are carried out for a large reciprocating compressor piping system. Based on the theory of plane wave, a network analytical model of gas pulsation for the complex piping system of one large reciprocating compressor is established using the network transfer matrix method, and the corresponding analytical program code is developed. The first ten order of gas natural frequencies are calculated, and the estimate is made about the resonant situation of piping system. At the same time, the pulsating pressure at each calculating node of the pipeline system is calculated. The calculation results demonstrate that the requirements in API 618 for the gas pulsating in the piping system are met. This research would provide the theoretical basis not only for the design of the piping system, but also for the control of the gas pulsation as well as the pipeline vibration.
