摘要
通过研究不同分子量和丙烯腈含量的AS树脂,与大沽化HRG粉料和适量的助剂进行掺混试验,以确定不同分子量和丙烯腈含量对ABS树脂性能的影响,指出不同类型、不同用途的ABS树脂需选用适宜分子量的SAN;SAN的丙烯腈含量对ABS树脂的力学性能和加工流动性影响较小。
Different molecular weights and contents of acrylonitrile in AS resins which are compounded with Dagu HRG powder and proper amount of fertilizers were studied in order to determine the effects of different molecular weights and acrylonitrile contents on the properties of ABS resins. It points out that ABS resin with multiple types and purposes should select SAN with suitable molecular weight and the acrylonitrile content of SAN has small effect on both mechanical property and processing fluidity of ABS resin.
