摘要
油田钻井工作会产生大量的废弃钻井泥浆,对油田周围土壤、地下水会造成不同程度的污染,从而影响到附近人类的生产生活。因此,对石油废弃钻井液的处理显得非常重要。采用溶胶凝胶法制得氢氧化镁,与糊化淀粉(St)、丙烯酰胺(AM)进行原位聚合制备了一种新型的无机-有机复合高分子絮凝剂P(Mg-St-AM)。通过正交试验确定了该絮凝剂的制备优化条件,并用傅利叶红外光谱表征了其结构,探讨了絮凝剂用量及形态、温度、pH等因素对石油废弃钻井泥浆进行处理的影响。结果表明P(Mg-St-AM)在加量为0.35%时对石油废弃钻井泥浆絮凝处理有较宽的pH范围(7~10)和温度范围(20~40℃)。特别是絮凝剂以液态形式加入时絮凝效果更显著,对废弃钻井泥浆处理后CODcr去除率达86.70%,余浊为10.56NTU。
A lot of oil waste drilling mud is produced in the oil drilling work, resulting in different degrees of pollution to the soil and groundwater around the oilfield. Therefore, the treatment of the oil waste drilling mud is very important for environmental protection. In this paper, a new composite flocculant P(Mg-St-AM) was prepared by in-situ polymerization method with magnesium hydroxide obtained through sol-gel method as the precursor with gelatinized starch and acrylamide. The optimum preparation conditions of P(Mg-St-AM) were determined by orthogonal experiment, and its structure was characterized by FT-IR infrared spectroscopy. Effect of dosage and state of the flocculant, temperature and pH on the oil waste drilling mud treatment was investigated. The results showed that the P(Mg-St-AM) with dosage of 0.35% for the oil waste drilling mud treatment had a wide range of pH(7~10) and temperature(20~40 ℃). Especially the flocculation effect when the adding flocculant in liquid form was obvious, the CODcr removal reached 86.70% and the residual turbidity was 10.56 NTU.
