摘要
目的探讨不同根管填充程度对牙体牙髓病临床治疗效果的差异。方法选取110例(142颗患牙)牙体牙髓病患者为研究对象,随机分为根管超量填充组(45颗患牙)、适量填充组(57颗患牙)、欠量填充组(40颗患牙),对3组患者治疗期间疼痛发生情况及有效率进行比较。结果治疗期间适量组的疼痛率7.01%,低于超量组的20%和欠量组的12.5%;适量填充组的有效率为94.73%,高于超量组的71.11%及欠量组的77.5%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三种根管填充程度均能使牙体牙髓患者病情改善,但根管适量填充的疗效更优,其疼痛率低、有效率高,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the difference of different root canal filling degree of dental pulp disease clinical curative effect.Methods 110 cases（142 teeth）dental patients for the study were randomly divided into root canal filling excess group（45 teeth）,filling group（57 teeth）,due to the amount of tooth filling group（40 teeth）,to compare efficiency of three groups of patients during treatment and the incidence of pain during the treatment.Results The amount of group pain rate was 7.01% lower than that of group 20% and less excess group 12.5%,The effective rate of the filling group was 94.73%,which was higher than that of the excess group（n=71.11%）and the amount of the deficient group（77.5%）,three groups of patients during treatment after the efficiency differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion the three kinds of root canal filling degree were able to make the dental patient improvement,but the effect of root canal filling is better,the pain low rate,high effective rate,it is worthy of clinical application.
