糖皮质激素在肿瘤治疗中的合理应用 被引量：5

摘要 探究糖皮质激素在肿瘤治疗中的应用。随机选取收治的50例肿瘤患者作为研究对象,分为试验组26例与对照组24例,均采用糖皮质激素抗放化疗后各种不良反应。试验组采用低剂量糖皮质激素,对照组采用大剂量糖皮质激素,对比两组各不良反应在用药后的改善情况。试验组放化疗后放射损害、水肿、过敏反应、体力状态改善率较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、食欲改善上两组无差异(P>0.05)。低剂量糖皮质激素应用在肿瘤治疗中可有效减轻各种不良反应,副作用更小,更为安全、有效。
