摘要 针对攀钢冷轧厂热镀锌机组在生产过程中活套张力出现波动的问题进行了分析,通过对活套动态补偿策略核心控制技术的研究,提出优化活套动态补偿策略,并成功应用于活套实际自动控制系统中,减小了活套充放套张力的波动,满足了镀锌机组生产工艺对设备的要求。 The problem of tension fluctuations occurred in the loop during the production in hot galvanizing unit in Cold Rolling Mill of Panzhihua Steel Vanadium Company Limited was analyzed. Based on the study on the core controlled technology of dynamic compensation strategy for the loop, the optimized dynamic compensation strategy for the loop was proposed, which was successfully applied to the actual automatic control system for the loop, and thus the tension fluctuations of the loop were reduced and further the equipment was in conformity with the requirements required by the production process for the galvanizing unit.
