摘要
为了解决石圪台选煤厂煤泥水处理系统存在的问题,在对分煤层、混煤层的煤样泥化特性分析的基础上,通过沉降试验研究煤样的沉降特性,并根据试验结果提出煤泥水处理系统的优化方案。试验结果表明:2-2煤层和3-1煤层两个煤层原煤中的矸石泥化程度不同,2-2煤层原煤中的矸石泥化程度较高,在配煤过程中2-2煤层原煤的含量不宜过大;采用Mg Cl2作为凝聚剂,采用阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺作为絮凝剂,根据配煤比例实时调整加药比例,可以改善煤泥水的沉降效果。
In order to tackle the problems encounted in the operation of the washery's coal slurry treatment system,test is made on the sedimentation characteristics of the coal sample based on result of analysis of the tendency of coal samples collected from different coal seams and mixed samples to undergo size degradation in water.Based on test result,the scheme for optimization of the said slurry treatment system is proposed.Test result indicates that: the gangue material in raw coal of seam 2-2 and that of seam 3-1 differ with each other in degree of degradation,with the former being higher in degradation degree;for blending of coal,the raw coal from seam 2-2 should not be too high in proportion; and the slurry settling effect can be improved through the use of Mg Cl2 as coagulant and anion polyacrylamide as flocculants,and through timely adjusting proportioning of agents according to coal blending ratio.
